Why Scoop Has Become the UK Launchpad for International Fashion Talent

As Scoop returns to Olympia National from 19–21 July 2026, a growing number of international designers are choosing the show as their gateway to the UK market, attracted by its carefully curated environment, influential buyer audience and reputation for discovering exceptional fashion and lifestyle talent.

For more than a decade, Scoop has established itself as one of the UK's most respected premium trade shows, renowned for introducing buyers to emerging designers and international collections often unavailable elsewhere in the British market. Carefully selected by Founder and Creative Director Karen Radley, the July edition will welcome a host of designers making their Scoop debut, reflecting the show's growing influence as a launchpad for designers seeking meaningful connections with UK retailers.

This season's new arrivals span womenswear, lifestyle and accessories, bringing together a diverse mix of contemporary European design, established international names and emerging creative talent. While each collection offers a distinct perspective, they share a common ambition: to connect with the discerning independent retailers, boutiques and department stores that have long made Scoop a destination for fashion discovery.

Leading the new intake is acclaimed Parisian designer Vanessa Bruno, whose effortless approach to modern French style has earned an international following. She is joined by a cohort of contemporary European womenswear designers bringing fresh perspectives to the UK market. Barcelona-based Rita Row combines thoughtful design with modern silhouettes, while Danish collection Résumé CPH has built a reputation for its confident use of colour, print and feminine detailing. Also making its Scoop debut are Labdip, known for its vibrant use of colour and relaxed sophistication, and Proem Parades, the contemporary womenswear designer recognised for creating elevated everyday collections that balance modern femininity with timeless appeal. Together, they reflect a growing demand for collections that combine personality, versatility and effortless wearability.

Contemporary womenswear continues to play a central role within the new designer showcase. Dutch collection JC Sophie brings a relaxed sophistication rooted in natural fabrics and timeless styling, while STEL presents a refined perspective on modern dressing through thoughtfully designed pieces that prioritise versatility and longevity. Spanish Lagaam also makes its Scoop debut, offering a fresh interpretation of contemporary womenswear informed by a new generation of digitally connected consumers.

Elsewhere, heritage and lifestyle-led collections add further depth to the international line-up. French coastal institution Saint James arrives at Scoop with its iconic nautical aesthetic and generations of craftsmanship, while global footwear designer Camper introduces its distinctive blend of innovation, creativity and Mediterranean design heritage to the show's curated audience.

The July edition will also welcome Free People, the internationally recognised lifestyle collection known for its free-spirited aesthetic and eclectic approach to dressing. Its arrival further reinforces Scoop's ability to attract designers with global recognition while remaining firmly committed to independent discovery and curation.

Karen Radley, Founder and Creative Director of Scoop, said: “One of the things I am most proud of is the trust designers place in Scoop when entering or expanding within the UK market. We have always championed discovery and individuality, creating an environment where buyers can uncover something genuinely new and exciting.

“Every designer exhibiting at Scoop is carefully selected, and what unites this season's new arrivals is a strong sense of identity. Whether they are internationally recognised names or emerging talents, they each bring something distinctive to the show and reflect the level of creativity and craftsmanship our buyers expect to find at Scoop.”

As international designers continue to seek meaningful routes into the UK market, Scoop's carefully curated format, loyal buyer audience and reputation for championing originality make it an increasingly attractive platform. For buyers attending this July, the result is a unique opportunity to discover a new generation of designers making their first appearance at one of the fashion industry's most influential trade events.
